We ship throughout Europe.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes/cancellations would need to be requested within 12 hours of the order being placed. All requests after this deadline will be rejected. Your order can be fully refunded upon receipt unless it has been personalized.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal payments, purchase on account with Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay and instant bank transfer (varies depending on the country).

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow us additional time to process your order during holidays and sales periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-5 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?

As most products are personalized and due to current high demand, it may take between 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

What if the items received are faulty/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received faulty, incorrect or damaged items. When receiving the package, please provide your order number, photos of the item and all relevant information. We will do our best to resolve your concern as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card's issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank for information on when the credit will appear in your account. If you have not yet received a refund, please contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
